We use these details to review your application, communicate next steps, answer related questions and maintain application records. Application references and review stages help the team manage the process.

Storage and access

Application records are stored privately in WordPress and are restricted to authorised website administrators. Hosting services process information needed to operate the website. This application workflow does not send applicant emails. Application records may also be included in secured backups.

Third-party services

Using WhatsApp opens a service operated by WhatsApp; its own privacy terms apply. The website's hosting and analytics configuration may also affect data processing. Contact support if you need more detail about the services currently used.

Corrections and removal requests

Contact official support to request access, correction or removal of your application information. The team will verify the request and explain any applicable retention requirements. Records should be kept only as long as needed for recruitment and applicable recordkeeping.
